Booking and Refunds
For Charcuterie Boards: Bookings are requested at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. If you have a shorter timeline, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or event are non-refundable.

For Grazing Tables: Grazing tables require additional planning, ingredient sourcing, and custom design. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due five (5) days prior to the event. Cancellations made within five (5) days of the event are non-refundable.

Once your booking is confirmed a payment request will be sent to you.

Food Safety
For best quality, enjoy your board the same day it’s received.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
After setting out, please enjoy within 2 hours (indoors) or 1 hour (outdoors).

Please share any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Serving Sizes
Serving sizes are based on appetizer portions. Each board includes approximately 2.5 - 3 oz of cheese per person and 1.5 oz of charcuterie per person.
Crackers are provided on the side.
Presentation & Materials
Disposable boards are made from eco-friendly palm leaf.
Ingredient substitutions may occur based on seasonal or supplier availability.
Each board is uniquely crafted - no two are ever alike - just like snowflakes ❄️
